Songwriting and Recording Camp
This summer camp intensive is for students who have experience writing a song, playing an instrument, or using GarageBand or Logic. The five-day camp will refine existing songwriting, recording and production skills using Logic, Apple’s music production software. The camp will focus on intermediate techniques in recording and mixing music such as micing drums, vocals, amps and acoustic instruments.
Students will not only conclude the course with an original song to share but will increase their skills and confidence to record future music on their own.
Requirements
This class may require the use of a personal iPhone, iPad, or Mac laptop computer.
Purchasing a student license of Logic for an Apple device is highly recommended though not required for this intensive.
It’s also recommended that students have a basic understanding of music and rhythm and experience writing music and using music production software, but it is not required.

Lessons
I offer private lessons, group lessons, small ensemble training, and songwriting and production classes in the metro area and also offer one-on-one remote lessons.
I also offer music instruction and clinics at independent music schools, private schools, homeschool academies, and community ed programs.
